What Motivated You to Start Sword Health?
I did my PhD as a way to get the financial means and the resources to build the platform, the core technology behind Sword. I wanted to solve this problem because we developed and built such amazing technologies in so many different fields. But when it comes down to these 2 billion people, people that suffer from physical pain every single year, we are pretty much doing the same thing for the last 50 years. And so I understood deeply the potential of technology. And I wanted to apply technology and new technological solution. So that's why I focused my PhD on doing that.
