Leaders who have a real problem solving mindset are suffocating their teams. They're coaching them to bring all the problems and solve it, which is what gives you enjoyment. But if as a leader, you thought about getting that same sort of reward center from teaching your team how to solve problems then coming to you saying they solve this problem.
