Leaders who have a real problem solving mindset are suffocating their teams. They're coaching them to bring all the problems and solve it, which is what gives you enjoyment. But if as a leader, you thought about getting that same sort of reward center from teaching your team how to solve problems then coming to you saying they solve this problem. Those leaders almost always struggled with micromanagement because they were seen as such good problem solvers that everyone just brought them on the problem.
