This is the final session of a 4-part series on character formation. Reflecting back on the Great Commission and implementing the VIM model, Dallas coaches us in the ways we can realign our church activities around the vision, intention, and means of character formation in Christian community. Dallas offers advice to his audience of young pastors that is important for all of us in looking at how we approach our job, our ministry, our work (which is different from our job or ministry) and our own life.
