"I think like a lot of people I can mask pretty darn good for an hour at a time," she says. "It's exhausting when, when especially when it, you know, kind of looks like we got our shit together, but we don't." She adds that ADHD is learning how to get back up and be able to sort of laugh at the mistakes, learn from the mistakes and move on.
