The Un-Conference Style of Social and Web Camps

There was a pre-conference grid where you could put up your session and have people vote on it. This year, however, all the sessions that were actually put up on that pre-grid were accepted. It's sort of trying to get people to bring forth sessions that more people want to hear. The participants do an awful lot from designing the year that the year's logo to another guy who provides the flag every year that's hoisted up.
