The Relationship Between Poetry and Scholarship
I was always writing poetry. And my family was completely non literary. No poetry on the bookshelves, no concept of poetry,. But for me, whenever i wrote poetry, i was doing something that i didn't have to hide. Nobody understood it, but nobody was going to. You don't trash a child for writing. Like my family wasn't that far gone a and so i could do this thing that made me different openly. I think finger painting is the arctiple art, three year old finger painting. When artists lose that sense of, i'm wishing things around, and it's great, then a you're having an artistic crisis, or you're heading toward one
