Celts and Columbas - What Is the History of Them?
The name picet is latin and it means painted. So they were people who apparently painted and tattooed their bodies. A lot of them lived in small, circular, wooden fortresses,. Some of which were built over rivers and lakes. They may or may not have been celtic. We don't i don't think we really know for sure - but that's about all we know.
