How to Finish a Song

I've never knowingly written on the road. I suppose it's just not conducive because there's a lot going on an after party with me and my band we normally have an after party in Ibiza. Most of the work of finishing the songs happens either in the writing room or in these sessions or at home in Ibiza is that right? The middle eight monsters says you know it's talking about sleep a lifetime and breathe the last word can you feel my hand on your arm but the way it's sung is almost operatic and it's totally tragicbecause it's emotionally supposed to take you over the cliff whereas the rest of the song is supposed to wrap you in a warm blanket. Ed
