Jeff: When I became a manager for the first time and had to, you know, as I call it lead geeks. It was very difficult because I didn't have really any formal training. And one of the themes that emerged from that is that Jeff doesn't listen. Right? So those are some of the shifts that I said began to make there and continue to try and make and my work and my life and different circumstances.
