The Doer in Chief

When you get to somewhere between 20 and forty employees, it's time to evolve. There are signs that your job as founder needs to evolve from doer in chief to delegator in chief. The two most important skills of any early stage anchprinter or interprinter is being a product obsessive and an exceptional story teller. You will never find product mark fit without being a great story tellers.
