The Importance of Bringing in Raw Quality at United

Juan Mata was an incredible player. I don't think he was what a lot of the managers who he worked with thought he was at United. The only remediation being bringing in Juan Mata in January, which I think is a good signing. It's a problem with consistent profile identification. And I think Mata is a great example of bringing in raw quality.
