The baltic dry index is a measure of the cost of shipping. It reached as much as five and a half thousand, levels it had ever before seen. And what has happened, just in the past few weeks is that it has come back down again. This i am going to say is a positive sign, tan saying that maybe some of the worst bottle necks are unwinding themselves.
