Don't Be a Workaholic

You don't want to work in a company that has zero goals around what they're going to do. There's some place right in the middle and we've actually tried to put language around this before you use these concepts of dignity and performance. And I found that it's less about finding the perfect job, It's more about getting in an environment where your manager is helping you understand why you matter and why your work matters.
