How Did the School Select the Staff to Be Coachable?
i ventured to hear a little about how the the use of these scripts shaped the ring practices. I think one surprising finding, what was the parallels i saw student and teacher experiences. In many ways, they were subject to the same kinds of scrips and had, in some ways, similar responses to them. Because the school had such a prescriptive, they actually prioritized coachability over experience.
