Many of these african american facultys are punished for doing nothing wrong, even when the institution admits that what they what they said, was factually correct. We're not talking about people who are saying something radical or something that is not factually and descriptively correct. What's really happening is that you have the black professors pointing out that there's a gap between what the universities and colleges say that they value and where they put their resources. So what we would like to see is for diversity and inclusion not to be just something that's on the webb side, that is not just a plan that meets the requirements for whatever the credential agency is for that particular region.
