The Power of Data in Product Management
I really think data should be the driver of our decisions. It can help us understand, identify and reimagine our products. This includes using data to prioritize the roadmap and ensure we aren't delivering what we want, but what our customers want. If we can do these three things, we can create data driven product strategies that add value for our customers. Lastly, I would like to close with the definition on product management where as many have and many roles.
