How to Breathe Better

A lot of people are over breathers and that's not something you hear about a lot. One of the quickest and easiest ways I'll tell athletes to make sure they're taking those breaths they need to is to exhale really deep. When you breathe more from your diaphragm, you can take less breaths in a minute which then is going to get that carbon dioxide and the oxygen in your system to work to function the way it's supposed to working. So one of them is just being very conscious and aware to make to sit down, have one hand on your chest, one on your stomach and really work on getting the hand on your stomach to rise.
