How to Train for High Level Performance

I like to think of it as just like they always need to be ready I particularly don't like to do big phases where we'll build up to like peak performance. I want to keep like a constant high level performance so my athletes 80% is your athletes 100% when they take them. So, I believe lots of volume is important because that's how you create consistency and repetition in training. And one of the things about volume is you develop man strong connective tissue strong.
