There are other elements that have impacted the availability and the prices of fuel at the moment, but i think they're derivative andd not decisive. There was over investment in what's called american shale energy. So much money got put in shale that you over supplied the market,. And so a lot of investors lost money on that. The anti fossil fiel movement has driven some of the unwillingness to invest. But at the same time, it has been what’s called this e s g movement which is just a quasi half government, half voluntary.
