The best way to think about your habits is like a garden. You can either design the garden to get what you want, or you can let it go wild and have weeds. There was a time when I had a habit of eating an orange for lunch every day. That felt good to me for a while. And then one day I was like, you know what? I don't really think this is serving me so well. So I stopped. It's how we should look at our habits. If that no longer serves you, let it go. Then you actually free up space to bring other habits into your life that are more appropriate for that season of your life.
