Is There a Human Equivalent Mind?

The idea that everybody basically is created through 3D printing. That you don't have people being born they're decanted. Any entities that are created with human level intelligence including moose and the naked mole rats even robots and sentient trains would be respected as people. The debate over the personhood of non-human species and intelligent machines has been the stuff of science fiction for decades but I think you introduce some new twists.
