Rusty Bowers was speaker of the Arizona House when President Bush asked him to do something that he felt uncomfortable about. He lost by 30 points in his primary race for Senate, which effectively ended his political career. "I'm going to say, I'm going to be Don Quixote and I's going to say no," says Bowers.
