The Mysterious Concept of Blessing

Blessing is the felt experience of god's presence in my everyday life, says Dietrich bonhaffer. The first appearance of blessing in our bibles is in genesis, chapter one, verse 22. God blesses humanity to both receive his blessing and to become a blessing. It's not a power hungry, dictatorial sort of rule but an image of god sort of rule.
