How to Navigate Perplexity and Complexity

There's definitely a reactivity of I don't want my kids to be raised in simplicity or complexity. And even within harmony, I feel like there's a tendency to want to kind of skip steps. So how do you, how have you seen? What's your wisdom on how to navigate those to maybe polar, or those extremes?
