The Benefits of Resistance Training

Until fairly recently, bodybuilding in particular, but just gaining muscle and resistance training in general was more thought of for increasing strength than looking better. And we've come to learn there are a huge, there's a plethora of health benefits through endurance training. But I would also go on a limb and yes, I'm somewhat biased, but I am going by the literature here that if you had to pick one, you get more bang for your buck from the health standpoint through resistance training rather than aerobic endurance training.
