The hereditary aristocratic families who were there from the beginning, that are the very people whose line was degenerated by the time you get to like a later phase. And then when they like fade or become derelict in the duties, and you have this nouveau-rich class come in,. these are the people that don't have like the culture in them. They just like live in the thing that other people built. So they don't like appreciate it, they don't appreciate the meticulous work that went into it.
