Voting Rights Act Activus
A district court in arkansas found that individuals don't have the ability to sue that their rights are being violated under section two of the voting rights act. The question is, who gets to sux about that? And nobody has actually answered this. So what is a district judge supposed to do? Do they follow the step above implication of the supreme court, or the implication of the Supreme Court?
