Once you've taken off it should be plain sailing for years to come yeah with a little bit of maybe just slight adjustment yes. I think the years to come is also very interesting actually because I've posted a couple of videos on my Instagram recently about how long to take HRT4 and it's had hundreds of thousands of views. There's still this confusion and concern that we need to stop HRT after a certain time or after being on it for a certain length of time and there's no reason for that is there no no.
