Niacin would be a good experiment just to try Niacin because you obviously absorb Niacin. I find a lot of people don't get enough Niacin and I think that's real. The biggest one that's made a difference in my health is, is omegas. Do you take an NMN or Niacotinamide riboside? Yeah, not yet.
