How to Be a Good Trail Runner

A lot of times people just go for a run. If they're feeling good, they run kind of quicker and it was a little bit harder. And then though then the workouts or recessions are especially in like trail running or distance running,. There's not enough emphasis on improving aerobic zones that allow you to get it. The effort, the heart rate has to be in the zone like we've talked about. You need to have ability to change gears. Then the last thing you need is to be like time on your feet, practice your feeling, get your body used to your muscles adapted to the distance she will cover.
