Are You Deserving of the Toral College?

i'm not 18 yet, but i have recently been thinking about the toral college. If i am a democrat that lives in colorado or wyoming, does my vote even matter? I've got another question from anonymous. Wherever you are, it makes sense to vote. Even if you ow the candidates you're going to vote for are going to lose, it still sends a statement to the people in power that their power is less secure than they believe it be.
