The Importance of Understanding User Experience

We were both recently interviewed about UX, and it is hard always when you have a very short text to be squeezed into to define this term. We didn't know what we were going to say. It's not like everybody who frames themselves as UX person does all of the things that people are asking for. User experience involves a person's emotions about using a particular product, system or service. Also includes a person's perceptions of the practical aspects such as utility, ease of use and efficiency of the system.
