It's less about memorizing and more about being familiar with the course of your story. Often when somebody gets very married to their words, which is what I call it,. They sound memorized they sound like it sounds like a recitation It doesn't sound like they're talking to me. So much of that memorization is about fear that you will mess up or that you won't get it exactly right but there is no exactly right it's your story you know it you lived it you know you have to have that confidence and telling it.
