If you're already 700 calories over your target, don't eat the banana. Eat vegetables at every meal. Drink water. Don't as best you can, if you're in a body composition this trin to go down. If youre just a normal person, and basically, you're so caught between these noises that so my thought is, e i taon. Why don't we just say, protein and vegetables at water at every meal?
