In Soliani society, if a woman wants to be treated equally as a man, she can publicly declare upon reaching adulthood that she is going to be considered out of Soliani. To the Soliani, the organizing concepts of how to act revolve around this idea of nobility and ignobility. The suffix ras was used to indicate the feminine gender but in Soliani society it's called Ramayi.
