i am mostly focusing on recognizing where i've come from and appreciating what i have, had the opportunity to end mourning the loss of things. Anything that's genuinely new is going to intensify the reactionary forces that are clearly rampant aound the world. The only way human beings face the climate change ahead is through a some kind of green, facious totalitarianism. That might be the case, and anything else we try sis not going to work. I don't know that i'm willing to think about it though,. To be to take on the horror and disgust that that possibility makes in me, that i also resist and i'm not going to embrace.
