The Fraudulent Elections of Biden
On December 14, legitimate electors of all 50 states and the District of Columbia met in their respective jurisdictions to formally cast their votes for president. On that same day at the direction of the defendant and Giuliani, fraudulent electors convened sham proceedings in seven targeted states to cast fraudulent electoral ballots in favor of the defendant. In late December 2020, the defendant attempted to use the Justice Department to make knowingly false claims of election fraud to officials in the targeted states through a formal letter under the acting Attorney General's signature. The defendants tried to improperly influence the targeted states to replace legitimate Biden electors with the defendants.
