Ebidia: I'm not a risk seeker by any means, but i enjoy the stability of things like a regular pay check and helph benefits. The birth of my first child also coincided with the decision to leave google as it put just work and life into a whole different prioriization. If you have a passion project, or you have something that you're thinking, i want to go out on my own with this, that's fantastic. Look for ways to do it in your day job. Try them out. Learn what works, learn what doesn't. And so many people who take those sorts of leaps where things go horribly and don't work at all are going to end
