Near Death Experiences and the New Scientific Paper

We'll have links to stories about all this and a new scientific paper. One of the big questions about near death experiences is whether they are just an illusion created by the dying brain, or whether they are genuine experiences pointing to survival beyond death. If it can be shown that people ing an inde come back with knowledge they would not otherwise have had, that's evidence favoring the survival o hypothesis. And there is some evidence that this happens.
