The postmortem was conducted in Scotland about 19 hours after her death. She had two lacerated wounds on her head and she had a ligature mark around her left wrist. The doctor says these marks were well-defined on the front and sides, less marked on the back of the neck. And they concluded that she must have been strangled from behind.
