Is UI Design Really That Important?
I think the startups position here was fairly reasonable, actually. I agree that crafting the visuals are probably not going to move the needle. For a startup to care about that, it speaks more to the philosophy of the founding team or the early employees. And so to say, look, we're focused on having a clear message that resonates with the customer we are targeting and solves their problem.
