The Problem With Crossed Out Price

This seems like the definition of misleading and deceptive advertising. The FTC really has not enforced its own rules on this in more than 40 years. You can usually save lots more by simply shopping around and buying elsewhere. Some states have punished retailers for this, but those cases have been pretty sporadic.
