Hybrid Work

i think the extremes are going to be dead. Two years ago, everyone was in an office five days a week. What i would say, what i know right now is hibred as the direction. A, we believe in hybred because of our culture. You cannot create a bond with some one just talking to them once a week for an hour over video. That just doesn't happen. And so to me, it's more important to be syplay than it is to be siplay. Is kind of how i think about it. I dout that that, i'm not doubting, but we wouldn't beSiplay.
