The Shift in Social Mobility

I think this is the beginning of a shift. If you ask, for example, the Cambridge colleges, many of them have now got a quota system where they absolutely register that some of the more fortunate kids must come down to push the other ones. I'd say on the thing about social mobility, though, it might be that we're seeing more in higher education institutions,. rightly so, taking in more states or kids - although the proportion is still, you know, way off.
