Product Design and Transmedia Storytelling

In a good story there needs to be some kind of tension otherwise the story becomes flat and the characters don't really develop. In product design we need to accommodate and think about those different nuances as well. We no longer sit down or wait for you know when I was a kid we sat down and waited for Friday night and the Disney hour that was kind of the big highlight but now people can just binge watch things like Tiger King, so yeah audience again is becoming part of the story in many ways.
