It seems like as you mentioned earlier the institutional programs and what the space policy is defined has a huge impact on what technologies are being developed. So what is going on with Europe in general because for listeners who don't know you know they probably heard about the European Space Agency and then they probably heardabout the European Commission. Yeah I guess what's important to stress for if there is anybody listening that is not familiar with the way the European Spacepolicy Environment is actuallysort of structured. Absolutely that makes a lot of sense.
