This week we heard from Brooke, who wrote, I got COVID for the first time right after Dr. O did. She still has mild to moderate symptoms and a positive test. The CDC's current guideline state that individuals with no symptoms or mild symptoms can end isolation in day six of their infection. But as listeners, those podcasts know, there's a lot of evidence to suggest that about 50% of infected individuals are still infectious on day six.
