Manchester United coach Louis van Gaal has to pick for now, not five years down the line. At a premier league level in the UK they're picking kids that are six-years-old. The scary thing from a parent's perspective is that you look at young talented athletes and want them to continue their talent path. But remember that it only matters when you're 15, 16. And I've seen so many in my two sons growing up, they've had friends that have been way ahead of them on certain sports.
