The Advantages of Using a Publishing House
A lot of people wanted me to record the audio book, and I'm like, fuck that, absolutely not. Do you mind talking about what the production costs are? You've heard audio side, book side. If you want to hire somebody to record an audio book, it's generally between $200 and $400 an hour. The number of hours depends on the number of words in the book. This was 100,000 words, so 10 hours ended up being $4,000. It's costing me $4, thousand.
