Roe and Casey cases have no foundation in the text, logic, structure or original understanding of the Constitution. They represent a lawless court overreaching, imposing on the nation the opinions of the judges with no constitutional warrant for doing so. With Dobbs now pending, it presents the court with several options with respect to Rowan Casey. If you serve them as they are, it could preserve them but loosen them so that states can impose some restrictions on abortions or it could overrule them.
